Please ensure that you are clean and fresh before attending your massage appointment.
Please ensure that your horse is clean and dry before they receive a massage. If you would like to ride that day then it is best to ride before a massage. Please allow time for them to dry after you hose them down.
Try not to book a massage at feed times and try to ensure that the environment has little distractions. This will ensure your horse is calm and not anxious during a massage.
It is best to rest your horse for 24 hrs after your horse is massaged.
It is also important to encourage some mobility after a massage so it is a good idea to turn out your horse rather than stabling them.
Please ensure that you arrive to your appointment on time.
A 24hr cancellation policy notice is required to cancel at no charge otherwise full fees may apply.
For both horses and humans, it is best to have a follow up treatment after your initial massage. After that, regular massages should be scheduled every 4-6 weeks. This will assist in keeping yourself or your horse in top form and will often prevent negative performance issues.
